⬩PREORDERS⬩ Current dates for pre-order items will be listed in the item descriptiond. After closing PO's, manufacturing tends to take 3-5 weeks to produce. Be sure to allot for around a 2 month wait period, but I will do my best to get everything out in a timely matter. For updates on production please check my social medias :) !!

1. How long until my items ship ?
♡Depends on the item and current number of orders ! Most items will be shipped out within the week, but please expect 1-3 weeks to recieve your item.
♡Preorders ! I will be transparent as possible when giving estimates and updates. Expect 1-2 months for your goodies♡

2. How much is shipping ?
-USA: $4.50 (3-5 days after drop off)
-Canada: $12 (1-3 weeks)
-Everywhere else: $15 (1-3 weeks)
-UK: I unfortunely do not plan on shipping there through my big cartel (but can on my etsy !) due to silly vat tax laws
I have tried to make shipping as affordable as possible, unfortunately shipping is just kinda expensive (ノ_<。) If you would like to add shipping insurance to an order please send me a message, by default it does not come with international shipping to keep the cost accessible.
3. Items lost in transit, arrived damage or broke soon after opening ?
♡If packedge is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider (through your tracking code) first !
♡All handmade items have gone through extensive wear tests before being listed (not the exact piece you are buying, but ones made in the same fashion !). I do my best to make them as durable as possible, but if there is a mishap please let me know !
♡Given the size of my opporations, I cannot offer returns or refunds at this time.
